The online dating website FriendlyAsian.com offers a lot of information on its landing page. In our experience, transparency is important. It is the first sign that a particular dating site is a reliable choice. This website made a good first impression in this regard. But we did some research on the internet. We didn’t find a lot of information there, which was strange. This website claims to be popular in the United Kingdom. It seems however to be unknown. This discrepancy makes a bad impression.
We found hints that fake chat is used. Plus, the automatic renewal of a subscription appears to be used as a trap. We had to conduct extensive research to find sufficient proof of this. The site’s legal information refers to the “purpose of entertainment”. Entertainment usually means moderation. In this instance, we are not sure how moderated chat works. It seems that fake chat operators have been superseded by bots. Bots will send messages to new members encouraging them to join chats. But if a user wants to reply to these messages, paid premium membership is needed.

The subscriptions are a trap
Bots will take the first step. They will actively encourage new members to chat. While chatting, they will not admit that moderation is occurring. So users do not know what the “purpose of entertainment” really means. This makes it all a scam. The goal is to lure new members into a subscription trap. Premium membership is needed to chat. But a normal subscription is quite expensive. Fortunately, trial membership is offered as well. Sadly, this is the real scam. Trial membership will be renewed as monthly paid premium membership, which is of course useless.
The chances of meeting real people on this site are zero. The platform operator is Milada LTD, which is based in Dublin, Ireland.
