HotFlirtyGirls.com is an online dating portal for people looking for casual sex partners. The website is managed by Isbilling LTD, a company based in London. The members’ area seems believable at first.  It was promising that the people there were the “girl next door” type. We created a simple profile and read the Terms and Conditions attentively. Our boring profile soon started attracting unexpected attention. The legal disclaimer confirmed that the company creates test profiles, which are not labeled in any particular way. The platform is clearly a fake chat.

Scary subscription rip-off

Assuming you would want to give it a try, and see if there are any real members here, you would be required to sign up for a paid subscription. However, the cancellation policy was worded in a strange and concerning way. Basically, you have 24 hours to cancel your subscription, but you cannot have used the service at all. So, if you pay for your membership and discover that this is a fake chat while trying it out, you will not get your money back at all.

Furthermore, there are three membership modalities. One of them is a recurring membership, the most reasonable one, costs €29.99. This basically means that if you do not cancel within 24 hours, without having used the service at all, you will be billed monthly indefinitely. In our experience, with these dodgy companies, the user will go through a nightmare, until they manage to stop this payment. This is a very clear case of a subscription rip-off.

The user who activated the paid services may exercise the right of withdrawal recognized as a consumer who has purchased products / services at a distance. This means that it has the right to rethink their purchase and change his mind.

This right may, however, be exercised within 24 hours from the date of purchase of the service or product delivery (or longer period if recognized by the law) and only if in the meantime you have not used the service. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to site support HotFlirtyGirls specifying the reason for withdrawal.

Entertainment purposes

Besides the cumbersome cancellation process, other conditions make it clear this platform was designed to scam its users. One of the features that may be more appealing is the video chat. However, it can only be used between clients with the same type of membership. The only subscription that gives access to video chat is the one at €199.99 for six months. So, even if you paid for it and managed to find a real user, your membership will be worthless, unless both have chosen the half-year commitment. So much for no strings attached!
